How long does delivery take?

All our products are handmade to order, and we aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days. We post via Royal Mail tracked, which is usually a 24-48 hour service.

What is your returns policy?

Our products are handmade to order so unfortunately we are not able to accept returns unless the item is incorrect or at fault. If you have an issue with your order, please email hadleighwaxmelts@gmail.com.

Can I arrange a collection of my items if I live local?

Definitely!! All products are handmade from my home in Snodland, Kent, and I will happily arrange a collection time for you. Please email hadleighwaxmelts@gmail.com before placing your order!

An item is saying sold out, when will it be available again?

We work really hard to keep our website fully stocked at all times, but on occasion a product you want may be out of stock. We aim to re-stock our website fully every Sunday, so please check back then!
