Refunds & Exchanges

We hope that you love the products you order, however if for some reason you are unhappy, please contact us directly by emailing hadleighwaxmelts@gmail.com, via Instagram or our Facebook page, letting us know the reasons you wish to return your order.

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in a re-saleable condition, sealed, and not damaged. All items will undergo a thorough inspection upon return before a refund is issued. We are unable to refund your original postage costs, and the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

Once we receive your returned items, we will then send out a replacement or issue a refund. Please remember to include a note of your name, email address and order number in the package so we can identify your return.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7 working days. Please note we are a small, independent business and in busy periods, it can take us some time to prepare, pack and post each order.

Postage Policy

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. Postage costs are calculated upon checkout depending on the size and weight of your total order.

Terms Of Service

When purchasing our products, you are entering into a binding contract with us, so please ensure you read all our terms and conditions prior to placing your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and changes will be immediate and apply to any subsequent orders recieved. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you are not able to make any changes.

We are very careful to ensure that all descriptions of our products and fragrances are as accurate as possible, however we cannot accept any responsibility for any variations in colour, scent, size or shape due to the handmade nature of all products.

All orders are made subject to availability. On the rare occasion an item you order may be out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer a refund or a replacement to the same value.

All payments are received securely via PayPal or Wix Pay. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order.

We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently when purchasing from our website.

This website is owned by Lucy Riley, doing business as Hadleigh Wax Melts, and throughout this site the terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Hadleigh Wax Melts. Our website is hosted on Wix, who provide us with this online e-commerce platform to sell our products.

We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
